Can Propel3 replace my current CRM or marketing software?
In most cases, yes. Propel3 combines tools like CRM, email marketing, automations, booking, and reporting in one platform. The Flight Crew will help you migrate if you need support switching.
I already have a marketing team. Can we just use the software?
Yes. Our Mission Control software can be used with or without the Flight Crew marketing service. It’s a complete stack for businesses or teams that want to manage things in-house.
Is this really unlimited? What’s the catch?
There’s no catch. Your plan includes unlimited requests with fair use, and a set number of active tasks at one time. Co-Pilot includes 1 task at a time. Autopilot includes 3. Most tasks are delivered within 48 business hours.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. All Propel3 plans are billed monthly. Certain components like branded mobile or desktop apps, or HIPAA compliance may be billed quarterly or annually. For the standard palns, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. We don’t lock you in.
Can you build everything for me?
Yes. If you need a full custom setup, choose the Autopilot plan and we’ll handle it all. The Flight Crew will assist with everything from onboarding and setup to websites, emails, automations, SEO, and content.
We also offer industry specific launch kits that can be imported and get you up and running in no time.
Can Propel3 work for my industry?
We support most service-based businesses including cleaning, health & wellness, clinics, salons, trades, real estate, agencies, and more. Custom setups are available by request.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your Propel3 subscription anytime via the billing settings. There are no lock-in clauses or long-term contracts.
You retain full access to the system until the end of your billing cycle. Once the cycle ends and your account is cancelled, all system data—including contacts, conversations, funnels, automations, and calendars—remains accessible for 90 days. After that, it’s permanently deleted.
