Do I need to know how to use the software?
Only if you want to. Propel3 is built for business owners and marketers who don’t want to learn a new platform. If you’d prefer to be hands off, you can set up AI Employees or work with our Flight Crew to manage everything for you.
If you want to be hands-on, you can log in anytime to manage contacts, review results, or submit tasks.
Is this a custom setup or a one-size-fits-all tool?
You can start from scratch and build with your Flight Crew, or fast-track your setup by adding a Launch Kit. Each kit includes prebuilt campaigns, landing pages, automations, and assets designed for your industry (like home services, cleaning, health/beauty, or B2B).
From there, we customize everything around your business like your offers, your process, your goals.
Whether you’re launching fast or building from the ground up, it’s never cookie-cutter.
What if I already have a CRM or marketing system?
We’ll migrate the parts that matter and rebuild what’s worth keeping. Whether you’re switching from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ClickFunnels, or a combination of tools, we’ll import your contacts, forms, automations, and existing funnels (if viable).
There’s no downtime. You’ll still own all your data. And we handle the technical setup so you’re not stuck dealing with CSV files and API keys.
How long does it take to get set up?
Once you submit payment, we configure your account and start onboarding with you the next business day. If you’ve purchased a Launch Kit, your Flight Crew will load your Launch Kit within 1–2 business days. Your kit includes all the core campaigns and automations out of the box.
If you’re delegating tasks right away, most clients start seeing assets, emails, and follow-ups go live within the first week. You won’t be stuck in a month-long onboarding or endless revisions. We build and launch fast.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your Propel3 subscription anytime via the billing settings. There are no lock-in clauses or long-term contracts.
You retain full access to the system until the end of your billing cycle. Once the cycle ends and your account is cancelled, all system data—including contacts, conversations, funnels, automations, and calendars—remains accessible only for 90 days. After that, it’s permanently deleted.
You can reactivate and restore your sub-account if done within the 90-day window. Assets and system setup remain available for recovery.
We don’t lock you in—and you don’t lose everything the moment you walk away. You retain your data temporarily, you handle exports on your terms, and if you come back, your system is still yours.
