What's NOT included in the Propel3 pricing plans?
Calls, texts, email, and AI usage are billed separately based on your activity. All plans exclude third-party advertising spend (you pay platforms like Google and Meta directly), premium integrations that require additional licensing fees, and custom development work beyond standard platform features.
What does "unlimited services" mean for Co-Pilot plans?
Unlimited services means no limits on requests to your Flight Crew within your plan scope. You’re not charged per project or hour of work. You can submit as many requests to your queue and your Flight Crew will work on them one at a time. Average turnaround time for most requests is 24-48 hours.
Are there limits to what the Flight Crew will do?
our Flight Crew handles marketing work within the Propel3 platform. This includes campaign creation, content writing, ad management, social media, and optimization. We don’t provide services outside our platform scope like website development on external platforms, video production, or non-marketing business consulting. You can view our scope of work here.
What if my business has more than one location?
Multi-location businesses require custom setup and configuration to ensure proper lead routing, location-specific campaigns, and unified reporting. We can definitely support franchises, chains, and multiple locations, but pricing varies based on complexity. Contact our team for a custom quote tailored to your multi-location needs.
How do I cancel my Propel3 subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime directly through your account settings with no cancellation fees or penalties. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period, and you can export all your data before the account closes.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You retain access to export all your customer data, email lists, campaign assets, and reports until your billing period ends. We recommend downloading your data before cancellation to ensure you have everything for your records. All data is deleted from inactive accounts after 90 days.
