How Task Requests Work
Task Queue: You can submit as many requests as you want. They stay in your queue until picked up.
Concurrent Tasks: We’ll actively work on 1 (Co-Pilot) or 3 (Autopilot) requests at a time. Mark one complete, we start the next.
Turnaround: Most tasks are completed within 48 business hours. Complex projects may take longer—we’ll let you know upfront.
Revisions: Unlimited revisions, within fair use. You can “send it back to the kitchen” as many times as needed.
All communication, proofing, and delivery happens inside your Propel3 system.
Included Services
🖼 Graphic Design
Everything visual—digital, print, branding, packaging. If it lives in pixels or paper, it likely lives here.
Examples:
Logos, brand guides, slide decks, brochures, postcards, pitch decks, social posts, business cards, infographics, landing page mockups, display ads, packaging, mockups, one-pagers, sales collateral, signage.
Not included:
3D rendering, motion graphics, CAD, coding, HTML5 ads, photo shoots, vendor coordination, printing.
✍️ Content & Copywriting
Website copy, emails, lead magnets, blog posts, landing pages, and anything that relies on the right words in the right order.
Examples:
Headlines, hero sections, emails, blog posts, nurture flows, lead magnet content, ad copy, case studies, product descriptions, campaign scripts, call-to-action libraries, microcopy.
Not included:
Books, longform technical writing, translation, legal/medical/financial copy, advanced SEO strategy, ghostwriting, scripts over 5 minutes.
💻 Website Design & Development
Websites that don’t sit stagnant. We handle updates, new pages, optimizations, and minor feature changes.
Examples:
Landing pages, section redesigns, site speed improvements, bug fixes, mobile responsiveness, layout edits, form setups, new page builds, conversion tweaks.
Not included:
Full website rebuilds, complex dev work, ecommerce stores, app development, hosting, custom software or backend coding.
📬 Email Marketing
Promos, newsletters, drip sequences, and email automations—written, designed, and scheduled.
Examples:
Welcome emails, nurture sequences, promo campaigns, abandoned cart flows, broadcast announcements, newsletter layout/design/content, re-engagement campaigns.
Not included:
Cold outreach, list building, inbox management, technical ESP support, or sending from platforms outside Propel3.
⚙️ Marketing Automation
Smart automations built inside Propel3 to handle lead flows, follow-ups, bookings, routing, and more.
Examples:
Form submissions → lead routing → nurture email → internal notification.
Contact tagging, lead scoring, booking reminders, abandoned form follow-up, review request flows.
Not included:
API integrations, Zapier builds, custom CRM setups outside Propel3, or automations requiring third-party dev support.
📱 Social Media (Autopilot Only)
Everything except community management. You get content strategy, post creation, and scheduling—done for you.
Examples:
Static posts, content calendars, social ads, carousels, profile visuals, captions, trending format builds (Reels, LinkedIn slides), scheduling support.
Not included:
Replying to comments/DMs, account support, influencer management, contests, giveaways, or handling platform issues.
🔍 SEO (Autopilot Only)
On-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Clean code, strong metadata, local listings, and quality links.
Examples:
Meta tag cleanup, alt text, schema basics, internal linking, local directory submissions, backlink outreach, site speed improvements, keyword inclusion.
Not included:
Paid search, large-site SEO (50+ pages), enterprise analytics setups, third-party platform fixes, mobile app SEO.
🧠 Marketing Strategy (Autopilot Only)
High-level marketing thinking delivered as tasks. Plans, frameworks, and positioning you can actually use.
Examples:
Go-to-market outlines, channel selection, brand positioning maps, competitive analysis, messaging guides, campaign plans, offer hierarchy, customer journey frameworks.
Not included:
Research studies, focus groups, team training, PR, influencer campaigns, cold lead generation, business consulting.
What’s Not Included in Any Plan
Paid ad management (available as an add-on)

CRM setup outside Propel3
API work, app development, or complex backend dev
Photography, video shoots, or audio production
Sales calls, coaching, or consulting
Anything that breaks laws, ethics, or common sense
