What’s included in Propel3’s advertising service?
We handle the full campaign setup—from strategy and audience targeting to creative asset development and platform configuration. Retainers include ongoing management, optimization, reporting, and creative refreshes. All campaigns are scoped based on your goals, budget, and audience.
Are advertising services included in my Propel3 marketing subscription?
No. Advertising is a one-time or retainer-based add-on, not included in Co-Pilot or Autopilot plans. Each campaign is custom scoped, with options for initial setup only or full ongoing management.
What platforms do you support?
We manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and select programmatic platforms. During strategy planning, we’ll recommend platforms based on your goals, audience, and ad budget.
Do you manage the ad creative and copy?
Do you include the ad spend in your pricing?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms. We’ll help you set and manage your budget, but it’s billed separately from Propel3’s service fee.
Can I purchase a campaign setup without a retainer?
Yes. Our one-time setup option is ideal for launches, limited-time promos, or testing a new platform. It includes full build-out but does not include ongoing optimization, reporting, or campaign updates.
How long does a campaign take to launch?
Most campaigns are ready within 7–14 business days after approval of strategy and creative. Timelines vary depending on complexity and response times during the review process.
What’s not included in the Propel3 advertising service?
Advertising services do not include influencer campaigns, offline media, organic social posting, sales follow-up, media buying negotiations, SEO, or video production. Advanced analytics, CRM data management, and legal review are also out of scope. You can view our Scope of Work for more details.
Who owns the campaign assets and data?
You do. All ad creatives, copy, audiences, and performance data are yours. We’ll provide access or handoff as needed—nothing is locked inside Propel3.
