What’s included in Propel3’s lead generation service?
Our lead generation service includes end-to-end campaign planning and delivery. We’ll define your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), build targeted account lists, develop messaging, create campaign assets (emails, landing pages, etc.), and set up automation inside your Propel3 system. We handle lead qualification up to handoff, and provide performance tracking and insights throughout the campaign. Each package is scoped based on your goals, vertical, and resources.
Is lead generation included in my Propel3 marketing subscription?
No. Propel3’s lead generation service is an add-on, and not included with your monthly subscription. You can purchase a one-time campaign or retain us for ongoing lead generation. Each option includes customized scope, timeline, and deliverables based on your business needs.
Do you provide the contact lists or source the leads?
Yes. We build verified, targeted lead lists based on your ICP and campaign strategy. Lists are compiled using reputable sources and enriched with contact details where possible. We do not scrape data or purchase third-party lead lists. All leads are sourced specifically for your campaign.
Can you manage cold outreach and sending?
Yes, we’ll configure and deploy outreach directly through your Propel3 CRM. This includes email sequencing, reply tracking, and automations for follow-up. We do not offer cold calling, SMS, or direct message outreach as part of this service.
Do you integrate with my existing CRM or sales tools?
We manage campaigns through the Propel3 platform. If you need external CRM setup or integrations, we’ll assist with data handoff or configure within Propel3. Third-party CRM data entry, custom API work, or sales tool configuration is not included.
What’s the turnaround time for a campaign?
Most one-time campaigns take 2–4 weeks from planning to launch, depending on complexity and asset requirements. Ongoing retainer campaigns run continuously, with new deliverables provided on a rolling basis. Timelines are confirmed before liftoff.
How many leads can I expect from a campaign?
Lead volume depends on your offer, industry, ICP size, and outreach channels. During the planning stage, we’ll provide estimated volume ranges and targeting scope. Quality and conversion potential are prioritized over raw list size.
What’s not included in the Propel3 lead generation service?
Lead gen services do not include cold calling, influencer marketing, direct mail, customer service, advanced data analytics, custom integrations, or any form of scraped or purchased lists. Who owns the leads and campaign assets?
You do. Once delivered, all campaign assets, lead data, and content created under this service are yours to keep and reuse. We do not resell or repurpose your campaigns.
