Frequently Asked Questions
What types of content can I request with my subscription?
Your Propel3 subscription includes unlimited content and copywriting for digital and print marketing. This includes blog posts, social media captions, email campaigns, landing pages, product descriptions, bios, case studies, pitch deck copy, internal documents, and more. You can also request one-off content like job postings, client onboarding materials, or web page revisions. If it’s written content used to support marketing, sales, or operations, it’s likely included. You can choose from standard content types or submit a custom request directly inside Mission Control.
How long does it take to receive completed content?
Most content writing tasks are completed within 48 business hours. Shorter-form content like social captions or product blurbs may be returned faster. Longer content such as blog posts, sales pages, or case studies may take additional time depending on the complexity and research involved. You can track progress inside your Propel3 dashboard and prioritize requests based on deadlines. If your project has specific timing needs, include that in your brief so your Flight Crew can plan accordingly.
Can I submit multiple content requests at once?
Yes. You can queue as many writing tasks as you need at any time. Your Flight Crew will work through them based on your priorities—one active task at a time for Co-pilot customers, three at a time for Autopilot customers. Each request includes unlimited revisions, and you’ll always have visibility into what’s active, what’s in queue, and what’s completed. If you’re working on a larger campaign or need a batch of content delivered on a rolling schedule, your team can help you structure and plan it efficiently inside the system.
Do you write content with SEO in mind?
Yes. If your content is intended for SEO, you can include keywords, a target audience, and any ranking goals in your request brief. Your Flight Crew will follow modern SEO best practices, including scannable formatting, clear headings, and semantic keyword use. We don’t offer keyword research or technical SEO optimization within the writing service, but the copy we deliver is built for readability, relevance, and alignment with organic search intent. Unlimited SEO services are included in our Autopilot plan.
Can you match my brand voice and writing style?
Yes. We can match your existing tone and voice using materials you provide, such as website copy, past content, email templates, or a brand guide. If you don’t have formal documentation, your Flight Crew will create a baseline style from the first few rounds of feedback. Whether your voice is professional, playful, direct, or technical, we’ll write accordingly to keep your content consistent across all formats and platforms.
What file formats do you deliver for written content?
Final copy is delivered in clean, editable format—typically as a Google Doc or pasted directly into your task thread. You can download, copy, or repurpose it wherever needed. Content is structured for easy formatting in website builders, email platforms, print layouts, or CMS tools. When requested, we’ll deliver versions with formatting instructions, character counts, or other notes to help your team implement efficiently.
Do you write both short-form and long-form content?
Yes. We handle both short-form and long-form content depending on your needs. Short-form content includes ad copy, headlines, email subject lines, and social captions. Long-form content includes blog articles, guides, landing pages, and multi-section documents. If a project has a specific word count, structure, or example you’d like us to follow, just include it in your brief. Each task is scoped individually to ensure the final product meets its intended purpose.
What if I need to revise or rewrite the content?
All content tasks include unlimited revisions. You can request changes directly inside the system by leaving comments on the draft or providing a short note on what needs to be adjusted. Rewrites, tone adjustments, formatting changes, and structural edits are all supported. If a request needs to be re-scoped or repurposed entirely, your Flight Crew will confirm before making major changes.
What’s not included in Propel3's unlimited content and copywriting service?
Propel3’s content writing service is built for marketing and communications, not long-form research or technical writing. Out-of-scope requests include advanced research-based content, eBooks, full-length scripts, legal or financial writing, in-depth case studies that require interviews, and any content exceeding 5,000 words. We also don’t provide keyword research, content strategy, content translation, or interactive formats like quizzes or calculators. Internal training materials and policy manuals are also not included. If you’re unsure whether a request fits, your Flight Crew can confirm before you submit. You can also view our full Scope of Work for a detailed list of what’s included.
