No. All email marketing tasks are created, managed, and sent through the Propel3 email marketing system. We do not support external email platforms. This allows our team to handle formatting, automation logic, testing, and scheduling without needing access to third-party tools. If you’re transitioning from another ESP, we can help import your lists and rebuild your core sequences inside Propel3.

Most email marketing tasks are completed within 48 business hours. One-off campaigns and layout updates are typically delivered faster. Multi-step automations or complex flows may take additional time, depending on logic, testing, and volume. All timelines are visible in your task dashboard, and priority requests can be flagged by your team.

Yes. You can submit as many email tasks as you need. Your Flight Crew will handle one active request at a time for Co-pilot users and three at a time for Autopilot users. You can queue campaigns, newsletters, automation builds, or layout updates as needed—everything is tracked inside your Propel3 portal.

If you’re on a plan that includes Content & Copywriting, we can write your email content as part of the same task. Otherwise, you’ll need to provide the copy. Either way, your Flight Crew handles formatting, layout, link setup, testing, and scheduling—so the send is ready when you are.

Yes. We can tag contacts, create dynamic segments, or set up filtered lists based on form fills, campaign engagement, funnel stage, or custom fields. Just include segmentation details in your request. List imports from CSV or other systems are also supported.

Yes. You can request custom templates for newsletters, promos, or automations. Templates can include headers, footers, buttons, image blocks, and more—styled to match your brand. Once created, you can reuse them across future sends inside Propel3.

We handle basic QA for all emails. This includes formatting checks, mobile responsiveness, link testing, and inbox previews. A/B testing setup is available on request—just include which elements you’d like to test (subject line, CTA, layout, etc.) in the task brief.

Propel3’s unlimited email marketing service is designed to support campaign execution—not email strategy, CRM migration, or advanced system configuration. Out-of-scope requests include campaign planning, audience targeting strategy, deliverability audits, third-party platform support, and full funnel builds outside of Propel3. We do not send emails using external tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact. We also do not offer content writing as part of email tasks unless you’re subscribed to the Content & Copywriting service. Complex HTML5 builds, custom-coded interactive emails, and integrations with third-party APIs are not included.
