Frequently Asked Questions
What types of graphic design can I request with my subscription?
Your subscription includes unlimited static graphic design for digital and print marketing. This covers social media graphics, display ad creatives, sales and pitch decks, email banners, website visuals, infographics, flyers, brochures, business cards, packaging files, and more. If you need something specific, you can submit a custom brief directly inside Mission Control.
How long does it take to receive a completed design?
Most requests are completed within 48 business hours. Larger or more complex projects, like multi-page slide decks or sets of campaign assets, may take longer. You’ll be able to track progress in real time through your Propel3 dashboard and prioritize active tasks as needed.
Are there any limits on how many design tasks I can submit?
There are no limits on how many design tasks you can submit. You can queue up as many as you need. Your Flight Crew works through them based on priority and which Flight Plan you are subscribed to. Co-pilot allows for one active task at a time, Autopilot allows up to three active tasks at a time. If you need faster throughput, your Flight Crew can help you plan and batch accordingly.
What file formats do I receive for completed designs?
You’ll receive standard production-ready files for each request (PNG, JPG, PDF, etc.), along with editable source files (AI, PSD, PPTX, etc.) when applicable. Files are delivered directly via Mission Control so you can download and use them immediately across print, web, email, or social media.
Can Propel3 match my existing brand guidelines?
Yes. If you have brand guidelines, past materials, or sample files, we’ll use those to match tone, color, typography, and visual style. If you don’t have a brand kit, our team can create them for you or establish visual consistency as we go—based on your website, existing content, or instructions provided in each request.
How do I request a revision to a design?
Every design comes with unlimited revisions. You can request changes directly inside the Mission Control proffing tool. Your Flight Crew will update the file and re-upload it, typically within one business day.
Can I use these designs outside of Propel3—for printing, ad platforms, or other tools?
Yes. All final files are yours to use wherever you need them—on your website, in paid ads, across social platforms, or in printed materials. Every design is export-ready and built to meet standard specs for digital and print use.
What's not included in Propel 3's unlimited graphic design subscription?
Propel3 covers most static marketing graphics, but some things are outside our flight path. We don’t provide 3D design, animation, motion graphics, custom illustration, HTML5 ads, or coding. We also don’t handle content writing inside design tasks, nor do we coordinate with outside vendors, printers, or platforms. Legal compliance, font licensing, photography, stock purchases, and rush delivery are not included.
We keep the scope focused so your Flight Crew can deliver quickly and consistently. If you’re not sure whether something is included, just ask—or check the full Scope of Work.
Who owns the designs and source files?
You do. All assets created through Propel3—including final exports and source files—are fully yours to use, modify, and distribute. Once a task is marked complete, you have full commercial rights to every file.
