What kinds of tasks can I request?
We support system-related tasks inside Propel3. This includes funnels, forms, CRM updates, automations, pipelines, calendars, dashboards, and other technical setup work.
Is there a limit to how many tasks I can request?
You can submit as many requests as you need. We work on the number of active tasks included in your package. Once a task is complete and approved, the next one begins.
What level of support is included in each plan?
Unlimited system support is included in the Co-Pilot plan. If you’re on the Mission Control or Autopilot plans, you’ll have access to basic support. The Flight Crew can answer questions and share help resources, but tasks must be completed on your end.
How do I submit a task?
Use the request form in Mission Control. Add a clear description, attach any assets, and set your priority level. Your Flight Crew takes it from there.
How long does each task take?
Most tasks are completed within two business days. Larger or more complex requests may take longer. We’ll keep you updated as the work moves forward.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. You can request edits or changes at any time. Just provide your feedback through Mission Control and we’ll update it.
What’s not included in Propel3's unlimited support service?
We don’t handle third-party software, external integrations that require coding, custom API work, design, ad management, or copywriting. These services are available through other parts of Propel3 or can be requested as add-ons.
