We support scheduling to Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok using the built-in Propel3 scheduler. You can manage all connected accounts in one dashboard, approve posts before they go live, and view analytics in real time.

We write short- and mid-length captions for each post, aligned with your brand voice and platform best practices. Captions include hashtags (when applicable), emojis (if desired), and calls to action. If you prefer to provide your own text, we’re happy to format and schedule it for you.

Once your calendar is built, your posts will appear in the Propel3 system for review. You’ll get notified when drafts are ready. You can approve, request edits, or add notes—no email back-and-forth. Once approved, posts are automatically scheduled and published.

Yes. Most clients request 8–20 posts per month, and we’ll build a complete calendar based on your business goals, promotions, and content needs. You can also request one-offs, event announcements, or last-minute adds throughout the month. All requests are managed inside your portal.

No problem. All posts are editable before they go live. If you need to swap an image, rewrite a caption, or reschedule for a different date, you can make the updates yourself in the social scheduler or your Flight Crew will handle it. For already-published content, we can revise the original and use it again later.

Out-of-scope items include direct community management (comments, DMs), influencer coordination, paid ad campaigns, video creation, video editing, and platform-specific strategy development. We also don’t run giveaways or contests on your behalf, and do not provide live posting or real-time event coverage. See our Scope of Work for full details.

Our in-house design team—your Flight Crew—creates static graphics, story templates, and branded visuals to match your brand. We can use your existing brand kit or help develop a visual style that fits your feed. If you have a specific look or format in mind, just attach a reference with your request.

Yes. All social content is built, reviewed, and scheduled inside the Propel3 platform. We don’t post directly to external tools or third-party schedulers. This keeps everything in one place—no extra logins or platform juggling.
