Frequently Asked Questions
What types of website tasks can I request?
Your Propel3 Co-Pilot subscription includes unlimited website tasks for sites built in WordPress or the Propel3 Website Builder. This covers content edits, new pages, layout updates, image swaps, popup creation, menu changes, blog post uploads, basic styling, mobile fixes, and performance tweaks. You can also request new landing pages, section builds, or adjustments to support marketing campaigns. We work within your existing theme, builder, or layout framework to keep things fast and consistent.
How long does it take to complete a website task?
Most standard website tasks are completed within 48 business hours. This includes content swaps, layout changes, new page creation, and formatting fixes. Larger or more complex tasks—like multi-section builds or landing pages with forms—may take slightly longer depending on scope. All timelines are visible inside your dashboard, and your Flight Crew will keep tasks moving in the order they’re received unless you mark one as a priority.
What platforms do you support for website tasks?
Propel3 supports tasks for websites built on WordPress or the Propel3 Website Builder. We do not support requests for platforms like Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, or custom-coded sites. Our systems are optimized for speed and compatibility with the platforms we manage. If you’re unsure whether your current website qualifies, your Flight Crew can confirm before you submit a task.
Can you design and build new landing pages?
Yes. You can request new landing pages for product launches, promos, lead capture, or events. We’ll build the layout using your existing site framework or builder, format the content you provide, and style the page to match your brand. These pages can include forms, images, calls-to-action, and light animations—everything needed to support a campaign. We do not support fully custom-coded builds or new site redesigns.
Can I submit multiple website tasks at once?
Yes. You can submit as many website tasks as needed. Your Flight Crew works through the number of active tasks that are included in your plan. You can queue up smaller edits, content updates, page requests, or technical tweaks, and track their progress inside your dashboard. Revisions are unlimited and don’t count as separate tasks—they’re part of the workflow.
What happens if I need a redesign or a full new site?
Website redesigns and new website projects are not included in this service. Our focus is on maintaining, updating, and improving your existing site—not starting from scratch. If you need a full website build, our team can scope it as a separate project outside of your subscription. This keeps your task queue focused on continuous improvement, not full rebuilds.
Do you offer hosting, domain setup, or emergency support?
Yes—Propel3 offers domain purchases and hosting through our platform. However, we do not manage servers, troubleshoot hosting environments, or provide emergency website support. Our focus is on continuous content and design improvements, not infrastructure management. If you’re using our hosting, we’ll make sure your updates are deployed smoothly—but server performance, uptime, and third-party plugin conflicts remain your responsibility or your host’s. For urgent issues or downtime, you’ll need to contact your hosting provider directly.
What’s not included in Propel3's unlimited website services?
We do not support advanced custom coding, plugin or app development, full e-commerce builds, or any functionality that exceeds the limits of WordPress or the Propel3 Website Builder. Out-of-scope items include custom databases, API integrations, third-party logins, hosting setup, ADA/GDPR compliance services, complex animations, software development, and content migration. If your task requires something outside our scope, we’ll let you know before work begins. You can also view our full Scope of Work for a detailed breakdown.
Do I need to give you admin access to my website?
If you’re using the Propel3 Website Builder, you’re already good to go. If your site is on WordPress, we’ll need admin-level access to manage your requests. Don’t worry—we’ll walk you through secure sharing during onboarding.
