Yes. You can connect multiple inboxes and phone numbers to manage different users, teams, or departments. Each contact’s messages stay grouped by identity so conversations stay clear.
Will I see messages from all channels in the same place?
Yes. Texts, emails, DMs, calls, and chat messages appear in a single thread for each contact. You can view the full message history and respond from one screen.
Can I assign conversations to team members?

Is there a delay in message delivery or syncing?
