Can I accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, or other processors?
Yes. Propel3 integrates with 30+ payment providers, including Stripe, PayPal, Square, NMI, and Authorize.net. You can connect your accounts in minutes and start taking payments through forms, invoices, and automations.
Does Propel3 support subscriptions and recurring billing?
Yes. You can set up recurring payments using Stripe and other providers. For invoices, you can duplicate and resend them manually for subscription services or automate billing through workflows.
Can I track partial payments on invoices?
Yes. Each time a customer pays part of their balance, you can log the amount and see what’s still due. This is helpful for deposits, payment plans, or split invoices.
Can I enable Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes. If you’re using Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay are available as checkout options when supported by the customer’s device.
Can I accept ACH payments?
Yes. Propel3 supports ACH transfers through select providers like Stripe and NMI. Once enabled, customers can pay directly from their bank account.
Are payment processor fees included in my Propel3 plan?
No. Payment processing fees are charged by your connected provider (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) and are not included in your Propel3 subscription. Check your provider’s pricing for details.
Does Propel3 integrate with QuickBooks?
Yes. You can connect QuickBooks through the App Marketplace to sync invoices, payments, and customer data.
