Which review platforms can I manage inside Propel3?
You can manage reviews across 40+ platforms including Google, Facebook, Yelp, Zillow, TripAdvisor, TrustPilot, BBB, Avvo, RateMDs, Healthgrades, OpenTable, Houzz, Etsy, Expedia, Glassdoor, and many more. The system tracks and organizes your ratings in one place, with direct reply options available for most major profiles.
Can I filter out negative reviews before they're posted?
Technically, yes. You can enable smart filtering to direct unhappy customers to a private feedback form instead of sending them to public review sites. However, Google doesn’t like review gating so we recommend sending the same review request to all customers, with optional links to leave feedback or contact your directly. This helps protect your profile while still giving customers a way to share concerns.
What happens if someone leaves a fake or unfair review?
You can flag the review directly on the platform it was posted to, and track the response from within your Propel3 dashboard. While we can’t remove reviews ourselves, the system helps you monitor and respond quickly.
Can I change the wording in the review request messages?
Yes. All SMS and email templates can be edited. You can adjust the tone, timing, links, and branding to match your business.
Do I need a Google Business Profile to use this?
Yes. To collect and respond to Google reviews, you need an active Google Business Profile connected to your Propel3 account.
Will I get notified when a new review is posted?
Yes. You can enable real-time alerts for new reviews across all connected platforms, so you never miss a comment.
Can someone respond to reviews for me?
On the Autopilot and Co-Pilot plans, your built-in Review AI employee can draft responses based on sentiment, keywords, and your preferred tone. You can review and approve replies before posting, or choose full automation for faster responses. Manual replies are always available in the dashboard.
